How Negative Comments Can Help Boost Sales Of Watches
If you are a brand owner or someone that sells a product, you are going to be very sensitive about what people say about you online and in comments to reviews. The most natural thing for a product manager to feel is that negative reviews will prevent people from purchasing their product. But is that what really happens? A new study explains in scientific terms what I feel is actually conventional wisdom. It was found that the right type of polite or constructive negative comments can actually boost not only sales, but the price someone is willing to pay for a product. While this has a wide application to a number of scenarios, the research presented in the Journal of Consumer Research even used a wrist watch in one of their consumer behavior experiments. One of the most common issues we have with our colleagues at watch brands is concern over the comments our audience leaves after articles. I must admit that even if the 5712G is a great watch it would come for me only after the SS and RG versions, I saw one in real but it was in the Patek Paris salon, and found the dial interesting but was not very impressed by it, but have heard that the slate dial, seems that they call it like that, in direct light has a beautiful shade of silver/grey.If there are any owners of the 5712G or 5711G, could you please post pic, I would love to see how the dial looks like in the wild, one of the most beautiful dials is IMO the 5712R, Jorge who posted a lot of pics of his posted some where the dial is brown, grey and even kind of blue, I even thought when I saw them that they were photoshopped, so would like to know and see what kind of shades the dial goes into.At the time when I was lo
Is there any way of purchasing individual oyster links
This is for the GMT, so polished center links. A couple of the screws in my links are slightly damaged although not enough to effect the functioning of the watch, is there any way to buy official replacement links (or at least screws)? Also, are the screws usually replaced during a Rolex service?
