Welcome watches-dealer, The New aBlogtoRead
You've probably noticed a few changes around here. Welcome to a redesigned and renamed aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer, which will from here on out be known as "watches-dealerwatches-dealer." I'd like to tell you a bit about some of the new features, and what we feel is a great new way to enjoy your favorite watch website.Five years ago in 2007 when I started aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer I didn't know that it was going to be an "all watch" website - which might explain the original name of the site. A few weeks after I started the blog it became clear to me that it was going to focus on watches, perhaps exclusively. For a while I toyed with the idea of changing the name, but it never happened. I even went so far as to register a few possible new domain names. One, that was an obvious choice (as even indicated by early readers and friends of the site) was "watches-dealer." Luminor 1950 Cases
Now I have in my hands the Panerai catalog and all models are very cute. But I have a question, the Luminor 1950 cases are all the same? For example in the catalog would seem to me that the 537 has a more square case than the 321. This seems more round to me. It is an optical illusion or are they really different? My favorites are the 312 and 351. For my taste would have preferred these models with manual winding but Panerai only manufactures these models automatics.Have a nice sunday guys.
Rubber B strap expensive
So I bent over literally and bought a blue tang strap last night. I still feel raped for paying so much for a rubber strap. I also ordered the Bergeon 7825. Combined I over spent for some rubber and a set of tweezers..lol...I saw a thread with a BLNR with the blue band and had to have it. Plus I wanted options and it will help save the PCL's. Will post pictures once they come in. By they way I spent days researching threads and felt the Rubber B blue matched the BLNR bezel more than the Everest strap. It was a tough choice to pick which brand and which type. Didn't want to take apart the oyster bracelet so that is what swung me to the tang model. Feel free to post any strap pictures so I don't feel bad..
