Side-by-Side: Sinn 556i, Archimede Outdoor Protect and Damasko DA36
Within the last couple of months I've had the pleasure of reviewing the Sinn 556i and the Archimede Outdoor Protect. We also have a review of the Damasko DA36 Black in the works. All three are "entry-level" German-made tool watches with nimble cases built for active lifestyles that are still office appropriate. One is a cult favorite, being well regarded by all who own or handle it, one has sort of gone under the radar, but is due its day in the sun, and the last has a strong cult following. Two are a bit more expensive, the other a hard-to-beat value. One is a bit more stylish, one a bit bland and the other sort of in between. Hi all, good news for those who want a 5990, it seems to be easily available as I am looking on grey dealer sites, DavidSW has one, as well as a great grey dealer friend of mine for people living in Europe, Rivierawatch, for 57K in US$ or 50K in euros for the one in Europe. So if 2 grey dealer sites have it in unworn condition I think it's not so hard to get, either through an AD or through a grey dealer, and these two are in the best I know of.In any case it really looks nice in pics, would love to see one in real, my friend isn't in Paris unfortunately��I wouldn't put it on my 2nd or 3rd choice for a Patek, those would be 5167R and 5726, strap or bracelet, but it is really cool.So the goal of this thread was to make people who wanted it get one since it's very easy, and hoping to get pics very soon.

Magnum Rolex
I recently purchased my Ceramic GMT2 with black dial. I am very happy with my purchase but now I am lusting for a Pepsi. I believe the magnum PI Rolex is the 16750. I see plenty of 16710 but not as many 16750. I have done the google thing, looking for the experts here to give me the real scoop. I want the model he wore in the show (and the car, maybe next year :) )
