IWC Watches @ SIHH 2010
Here is a little bit of nice watch porn courtesy of my camera and IWC (don't get upset for me using such language IWC, it is OK for a man to get horologically aroused). There is a watch in here for everyone. New for 2010 watches that are missing however, is the new IWC Portuguese Yacht Club Chronograph watch that I discussed separately here. I will also have an upcoming separate article on the new Da Vinci Ceramic Chronograph watch (most likely). Like all good arousing materials these day, I am going to keep the text to a minimum here. Allow these following watches to serve as some good flesh and blood examples of pieces you are interested in and perhaps haven't got a chance to play with yourself. We have more reasonably priced three-hand IWC Aquatimers to the very high end Tourbillon and Perpetual Calendar watches. Also in the mix is the now famous IWC Pilot's Watch Classic Double Chronograph Edition Top Gun, with its dyslexic name, but coherent appeal. Really a cool watch (and by the w
The Value Proposition: The Tissot Visodate Milanais, A Self-Winding Watch With Retro Looks
Last week, the menswear tradeshow Pitti Uomo descended upon Florence for the 86th time. Amid a sea of tailored suits and a few avant grade outfits, there were no doubt one or two exceptional timepieces. But if I were a young watch enthusiast who stretched his budget for a loosely tailored Liverano & Liverano bespoke suit for the event (a difficult, but necessary choice), I'd want to make sure that I was still able to put something on my wrist that embodied a certain easy cool without appearing too contrived. The Tissot Visodate Milanais certainly fits the bill with an unexpected retro look, slim profile to fit under my shirt cuff, and a price that doesn't break the bank. 2 OF 7 The 40mm case will sit comfortably on a range of wrist sizes. The Tissot Visodate Milanais has a 40mm stainless steel case that wears really well on the wrist. The lugs are simple, sloping from the case in an unfussy way. The simplicity of the case is an asset, especially when cons

Hi all, would someone please be kind enough to post a pic of this Dot over the 90 on bezel of a Speedmaster for me ? I can't seem to distinguish exactly where it is.Thanks in advance for your trouble ! Larry
Submariner help please.
Evening all. I am seeing the pictures of the 5 digit subs and getting a bit broody. I have a bit of hesitation as I didn't like the clasp when I had a 2 liner and sold it. My GMT 16710 is amazingly comfy and great clasp and the sub clasp seemed too big. My other wares are PP 5712, Sub C LV and 16710 Pepsi. I bought the black bezel to scratch the itch and have more versatility but it just it's the same. Photo below. Please advise with loads of photos!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
