New Ernst Benz ChronoDiver Supports Charity
The ChronoDiver concept was conceived more than two years ago when Ernst Benz’s designer and managing director Leonid Khankin met with Mr. Benz at BASELWORLD. During the meeting, Mr. Benz presented Mr. Khankin with an original diving watch prototype from the 1980s. The original inspired this new model. Designed and manufactured in Switzerland, the ChronoDiver will be introduced in Ernst Benz's signature 47mm size and it will be offered with either a black or white dial with original hands reminiscent of Benz's dashboard instrumentation. The highly legible Arabic Super-LumiNova numerals are framed in polished steel. The watch features a rotating bezel marked for 60 minutes to measure the length of a dive and a graduated scale for the first 15 minutes to make it easier for the diver to measure his descent. Many, many of you want a simple and classic watch versus everything else that is out there. These watches don't have the immediate sex appeal of a lot of the complex or flashy watches that are out there, but instead grow on you like a good friend, instead of grow tiring once it takes you too long to figure out what time it is. 44mm IO vs 42mm mustard
Tried these on at the AD... how do you guys think they look? I am liking the fit of the titanium but the RG on the 42 looks more attractive on me, in my opinion. It might just be that shiny things attract me, but I am drawn by the thickness of the case as well. The mustard to me, as I am seeing many people refer to it as, is actually not too offputting to my eye as I know many members do not quite get a sensational feeling with it. I think pictures do not do it justice, however I do think I would prefer rubber over the leather. On the other hand, the titanium looks awesome and could be more dedicated as a daily. Almost inclined to pick one of these up. Looking forward to any honest inputs!Thanks!

From Rose to Gold...
