IWC Gets Bored; Rebrands A Top Gun Automatic Chronograph Watch To A Limited Edition For the German National Football Team
Lets not use the term recycling, but that is pretty much what IWC is doing right here. But this happens a lot, and if there was a watch to release, this would be the one. The IWC Pilots Watch? Chronograph Automatic Top Gun Edition was a really nice, and really desirable watch. Forget the movie tie in for a moment, and look at its handsome instrumental good looks, nice color contrast, and complex functions with the double chronograph. Apparently it did not matter to IWC that Top Gun actually game over 20 years prior to releasing the watch, there could be NO OTHER military plane related movie that would suffice. It was, and still is a very nice watch, and the world is ready for some derivatives!Well, the IWC Ref. IW371803 is a newish version of the IWC Top Gun. Its actually not fair to call it an exact copy. I have a dilemma. I need to sell a watch but I don't know which to keep. I have PO 8500, Rolex Explorer and Sub C. I want to sell either my AT 8500 or SMP Ceramic. If you had these watches, which would you keep? Thanks

36mm too small for 7.25�� wrist?
What does the forum think? I personally prefer the 36mm DJ and DD over their 40mm counter parts. As stated I've got a 7.25 inch wrist, bigger guy but just prefer the classic case sizes in these two references. I've tried to like the DD40 and DJ 41 but for some reason keep coming back to 36mm pieces. I guess I'm just old fashioned. So what does everyone think, is 36mm too small for me? Not that I'd stop wearing my 36mm pieces either way lol. Just curious what the forums thoughts are with the bigger is better trend.
