Whether you buy watches from brick and mortar retailers or prefer to buy watches online, these are the stores that help shape our watch culture around the globe. There is a long list of stores to cover, but if there is a retail location in your favorite city that we simply can't miss, let us know in the comments below.Where to buy watches in Paris, France? You have probably seen photos of Laurent Picciotto and may have wondered who that "wild and crazy guy" was. His passion for life comes through in everything he does, including his company Chronopassion in Paris. In his words, it started like this:In 1988, when I was thinking about the opening a store, one of the most important things had to be its name, because it needed to have a soul.?The idea was to find a name
Where to buy AP?
New member and so glad i found this site. I have been looking at getting an AP and have finally chosen the RO 15400 in pink gold, white dial with brown strap. This is my problem, I live in Maine and no one sells AP or really anything besides Rolex. I have been looking online on where to buy. I have found pricing a little all over the place from retail pricing to a few thousands lower. I have called a few sellers and have mixed feelings. Can anyone recommend a place that they fell they have been treated fairly? I have a few things to consider, first I would rather pay a little more but get great customer service, second if I can avoid sales tax that would be great and lastly I don't want to pay retail.any and all advice is greatly appreciated!Cheers
Richard Mille trolling ;)
well guys, i will stir up some drama here who has moved from an AP to an RM?which model from AP and to which model from RM?has anyone done the opposite, from RM to AP?let the ripping commence
Chrono subdials on ROOs
Just recently I noticed that the subdials at 9 and 12 are closer together than to the 6. Meaning they are not equally spaced.Anyone know why they would do this? I assume it has to do with the movement?Just think it is odd that they are not equally spaced, would look better if they were I think.
To pass on to the next generation
Maybe I'm crazy but I actually thought about which watch I would wear on the day my first child was born, which was yesterday. I wanted to make sure it will never be flipped and able to stand the test of time with regards styling and quality. I think my daughter will enjoy this watch down the track as her own.The time was 9.32. She was born at 9.55. Nothing like a cesarean for speediness.
