Measurement Request Please
I just took delivery of my first AP and it comes with an alligator strap, lovely, but probably not durable to every day use. Would anyone be so kind as to measure an Offshore 42mm and 44mm please and also a diver. Specifically the width at the lugs and the width where the clasp would close. Many thanks.p.s.Mine is 28x20 with deployant. I know I can probably buy an aftermarket band but was wondering if a regular rubber strap would fit.

125th anniversary navitimer
I'm thinking about obtaining a stainless/black strap 125th anniversary nav. A local dealer still has one from 09. Brand new. Retails at 5900 but I will get a significant deal. Thoughts? Any knowledge of the eta based movement?
Patek Philippe NYC Event- June 2013
I have had two consecutive weeks with Patek. On Thursday, I was invited to attend the NYC Chronos and Repeater event. To say the least it was spectacular. The entire Stern Family was there. Also, The CEO Mr. Penny, The Head of Marketing and the entire Henri Stern NYC team. To say the least it was over the top. Attached are some pics of the event. Mr Thierry Stern asked me when I was leaving if I was tired of Patek? The simple answer Mr. Stern is NO!Repeaters first!(SORRY THE LIGHTING WAS TOUGH!)
Insurance Question - New Day-Date
Hey Guys,I'm considering buying a new day-date (118238) and want to make sure I cover the insurance side of things properly. First of all, I live in Canada (which may or may not matter). Also, I already have an OP 116000, and a Datejust 116234 which I also want to have properly insured. So, here is my situation: My current home insurance (TD Meloche Monnex) has an endorsement for up to $50,000 for jewelry covering all risks (which includes mysterious disappearance, robbery, etc), and this endorsement has a $1,000 deductible. The endorsement only costs me an extra $200 per year. My agent told me as long as my watches have accepted appraisals on file with the policy that they would be fully covered (except for the deductible of course). I have already done this for my current two watches of course. I also looked into adding floaters for the watches, and was told the price increase would be about 2% of the appraised value of the item, per year, so in the case of the day-date, something
