Looking for a new Omega
Hey all,I recently offloaded my 2254.50 so I can move on to the next piece. I enjoyed owning the 2254.50 and believe it is one of the best pieces ever made by Omega but felt that I didn't have a connection with it like I thought I would. That said, if you want one, I *strongly* recommend you purchase it!Back on topic, I have been looking for a piece to take its place. I have culled my collection over the last 12 months with my remaining daily pieces being a Seamaster 2551.80(20th birthday gift and is way to small for my wrist even though I wear it often) and my Rolex GMT-Master II 116710LN. I also have a few beaters that I wear in the evenings/weekends like a Swiss Army Victorinox, and a couple G-Shocks.I am stuck between a Speedmaster Moon watch (no specific ref #; any one), a Speedmaster Numbered Edition, a Planet Ocean or Aquaterra. I spent a good few months hunting down a 5711 and today it has finally arrived courtesy of DavidSW!!I never got a chance to try one of these on at an AD as no one had them. How the heck do I open the deployment clasp? I lift up the buckle but I can't find any mechanism to pinch to open like a AP RO.Enjoy the pics below..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is there any merit in trading a 5712 and 5167 for a BNIB 5990? That would leave me with the Patek, a Daytona and a Day-Date. Is one complicated Patek worth this sacrifice?

Words do no justice!.......My AD was able to get me one on a weeks notice! Granted it's probably because they've held my deposit hostage since the Daytona C release on 2016 and still no clear idea on a delivery date. In any case, I'll take it! Fully stickered and all!And the car.....oh the M550i is incredible! Loving my Tuesday!
