luxurious Cartier Roadster S Watch
The still fresh Roadster S of Cartier Watch is a simplified version of their collection of famous watches Roadster. Many people may be actually the s prefer the standard version, due to its more direct design and page layout. Gone is the shaped "bullet" Sapphire lens on the date on which visually connected with the Crown, as well as screws on the case. Here, the Crown is a little more simplified (thus no cabochon). and only a black line on the dial on the date of window refers to the sharp, rounded shape of the lens of Sapphire on the standard Roadster watch.
what model is this Omega chrono
Hi guys, anyone know anything about this Omega chrono, like year of manufacture, movement no. etc. Thanks.
First Patek!! Well sort of.............
I'm an avid collector of VC, JLC and vintage Heuers. I haven't made the plunge yet to PP. But for my first PP I'd like to buy one for my wife. There are two styles she was interested in. She likes all rose gold, but those can be pricey. But also she needs a daily wearer. So I was thinking starting her off in an Aquanut 5067....any other thoughts?Any other nice lady's selections?Sent from my 16M
Yet another 16600 vs. 116600 (with different assumptions)
Hi friends,I know this topic has been discussed over and over. However, I'd like to ask again because my assumptions are different from other threads.Currently, I have Green Sub (Hulk), Ex I (39mm), Daytona (Black-Steel), Sub-No Date (14060), Sub-No Date (114060), GMT-Batman, GMT-Coke, Explorer 2 (Polar; M series red hand)..I don't like the new red-sea though.. I like the look of 16600 and 116600. I don't want to get both.. too many for me :) Here is what I think...1) I already 2 film bezel (Coke and 14060) and 3 Ceramic (114060, Batman, Hulk) - 16600 will balance 3 bezels of ceramic and film2) 16600 looks close to 14060. I have 114060 which already close to 14060. Better get 116600 to have more different collection3) The condition of 16600 is not as good as 116600 since it has been around for years. But who cares? 4) Both 16600 and 116600 are no longer in production. Can you please help me ? Not easy decision though...
Sub Date and Milgauss
My current collection. I plan to include 1-2 more pieces: 116600 or SD43, and Daytona C. Thinking I may let the Sub Date go being replaced by the new piece. Or I better let one of the Milgauss go? I want to limit the collection to 8 watches.
