Rado is known for coupling sturdy, athletic timepieces with innovative materials and designs, and the brand's new models for Baselworld are no exception. This year at Baselworld Rado introduces several new additions to its HyperChrome collection.Rado's new HyperChrome watches make use of an unusual material. Plasma ceramic is extremely durable and resistant to scratching, as all ceramic watches are. But it also is treated to have a brilliant, metallic hue. This color will not fade over time.There are three new HyperChrome automatics coming to market this year. The Rado HyperChrome Automatic XL (above) is set to launch in the fall. It has a 42-mm case, built in a monobloc (one-piece) construction. The plasma ceramic gives it a glossy gunmetal color. It also has accents in rose gold PVD on the hands and indexes. Trip to the Omega AD
Well after the visit i made at the breitling AD i decided to go and have a look at the omega AD. Surpsingly the AD had the anniversary edition of the omega speedmaster moonwatch. The watch was at the window display in it's box. The box looked so huge compared to the box of the other speedmaster's. I asked him about the price of the moonwatch omega anniversary edition and he told me that the watch costs 7300 euro. I asked the guy why is it so expensive and he told me that omega has manufactured only 1957 watches and that's why it's so expensive. ( is this true? ) The box of the watch is amazing. It includes a loupe and some sizing equipment. It was one of the best looking watch boxes i ever saw. After that i asked the guy at the shop about the regular speedmasters and He told me that the rest of the speedmasters cost 3200 euro each. I also tried some of them. Until now my favourite omega watch is the omega seamaster Pro and the speedmaster.

Hey everyone...first post here and part-time lurker, lol.I'm looking to purchase my first (and possibly only) Rolex and THOUGHT that I was set on the YM 116622 Dark Rhodium with the blue sweeping hand. However, the BLNR has now gotten my attention since they're both relatively close in price in the pre-owned market.I've seen posts comparing the YM Blue Dial to the BLNR, but I couldn't seem to find any posts comparing the YM Dark Rhodium Dial to the BLNR.In trying to think (and type) outloud, I've developed a short comparison between the watches and/or also what stands out to me about each watch.PROS for the YM Dark Rhodium- I like the thicker bezel and its trendy look. - The YM Dark Rhodium caught my eye because of the blue sweeping hand and the dark rhodium. It seemed to just pop out to the eye and looks awesome.- This YM is unique in that I don't think I've ever seen anyone wear this compared to me seeing more GMT's out there (even though they're mostly the BLRO Pepsi).- I like th
