My new ��Who Dey�� Omega
Since I'm turning 40 in February I decided to treat myself with a second watch that I could rotate with my Explorer, something more casualI. I started looking for another Rolex, but none of them really scratched my itch, so I started looking at other brands / styles which lead me to Omega. So I looked up Authorized Dealer location on their website so I could go try some on since I was so unfamiliar with the line. The local AD was very professional & accommodating even though I had never stepped foot in their door before. They let me try on many different models that I liked, but this 43.5 Planet Ocean spoke to me, I loved it at first sight! I can completely understand how this color scheme might turn some away, however I love it! Needless to say by my user name I'm a Cincinnati Bengals fan (I know, it's a curse) so the color scheme was perfect for what I was looking for. I love this watch! Can't stop staring at it, wonderful quality rivals if not exceeds Rolex IMHO. As big and heavy as it is I find it very comfortable. Overall a stunner!

Can a fluted bezel be added later by Rolex?
Looking at a DJ2 with the smooth bezel and wondering if later down the road i can send it in to rolex to have the fluted bezel put on? If so any idea of the cost?

Why I chose the 216570 over the 114060
Hello everyone. Huge fan of this forum; my first post. I have done a lot of research, reading all of the wonderful and amazing reviews, posts, banter :) and good information this forum has to offer. I recently had the opportunity to purchase my first Rolex. I narrowed it down to the submariner 114060 non date and the polar explorer 216570. This was a very very very difficult decision. My wrist size is about 7.25. I want to share my opinions and insight for anyone else who may have had this dilemma. I also was very fortunate to be able to wear each one for one week; a generous offer from the brother in law. Here are my thoughts. The Submariner is just a beauty. The watch has everything anyone could ever want. I found the bezel to be simply amazing, full of life in the light. The glide lock is exceptional and I already miss it after one week. I prefer the size 40mm case. However, I had my eye on the polar explorer 42mm. How could I deny the incredible dial of this beautiful watch? The 2
