We mentioned before that Panerai was once the provider of nautical various instruments
We love a good Edition limited here to Hodinkee, and we are also probably a little too tolerant accessories priced incredibly male. We also love a good story, and part of today all of this together. We mentioned before that Panerai was once the provider of nautical various instruments and watches military around the world.
No love for the 15400 rose gold, black dial, on leather strap?
Have not seen many posts on this. Any wrist shots out there?
So, need a purchase advice..
Hi guys,I'll be doing a purchase in the upcoming couple of weeks and I'm a bit undecided actually. My intention is to add 2 valuable piece of Patek to my current collection. The first one is decided, it is going to be a 5270G. I have my eye on it for a long time now and I would like to own one very much. The other one is a true dilemma for me. I like to wear the watch as much as possible, but on the other hand, I'm trying to get the rare pieces as possible. For me, there are 3 candidates.1. 5711PI wouldn't actually think of another reference if I have my hands on one of this very rare pieces, but I'm not sure if i ever can get it, so I need to have some alternatives, thus this thread exists. This is the true simple but one of the most exclusive piece for me. I was thinking about getting a 5711/1A because of my admiration to its pure simple design, now it has added rarity and exclusivity. But as I said, I'm not sure about the availability, so the poll is really about the other 2 candidates
PVD Coated 40/42 mm?
So with my semi-small wrists a 40 mm watch is just right (I love my pam 048). I really want a pvd/black watch, but want to stick with that size. Anyone have any experience having a 48 or a 352 pvd coated by one of the numerous aftermarket companies? It seems like it would even be significantly cheaper as the cost of the cheapest Pvd pam is in the 8-9k no?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
quest for white milgauss
We all know by now the Milgauss has discontinued the non - green glass models ;specifically the 116400 Black and White dial model respectively. One can find both discontinued models on sale used but what really intrigue me is I could only find a white milgauss with up to V serial (2009) and never a G serial or AN serial . I wish to know if the white milgauss does produce past a V serial ( circa 2009 ) before it is officially discon, and I seek all white milgauss owners to name your serial details for this research. Thank you very much in advanced. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
