INCOMING!!!! My first AP set to arrive on Monday
I first really noticed the AP's here on TRF. Kept being drawn to them. We don't have a dealer here in Arizona so I planned to finally be able to look at some in person on a recent trip to Dallas. Along the way, I sold a watch in preparation for the trip. Before I could travel I saw a WG Daytona on here from a trusted seller and pulled the trigger. I love it, so no regrets. Will keep that Daytona forever. It did make it hard to wait though. Fast forward to my trip to grandma's - I was able to look at some AP watches in Dallas at Eisemans (highly recommend them) on the advice of JJ here in the forum. With the purchase of a PM Daytona my budget was limited. I had alerted a couple of trusted sellers on TRF what I was looking for and on Friday I received a message. Exactly what I wanted had been traded in Since I now have the WG Daytona I traded in a SS Daytona. Watch will be here on Monday.Any guesses? Who says people don't notice watches!
Had a brief work trip today to Melbourne, while collecting my breakfast the flight attendant commented I like your Royal Oak. Unfortunately our time was limited to chat but he showed me his lovely TT GMT. 20 seconds later the next team came down with coffee and the guy said love love your shirt and watch. The original attendant came back and chatted and said he was a regular on TRF, sadly we did not have more time to chat. The 41mm RO certainly makes a statement. Good to know forum members are everywhere and only a watch sighting away!!!!

Is Breitling a serious watch company?
Picked one up recently at the airport on a spur of the moment buy. Although they have their range from low to high, I wonder if they're really up there in terms of workmanship, legacy, etc. With that said, I'm a bit regretful about my purchase. Seems to be a lot of bling factor (and possibly little else). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
