I have seen this online for sale, I think it looks great - 48mm case. I think its been made from a pocket watch.This timepiece features an elegant dial is in good condition. This dial features a 60 minute outer track borders with 24 hour red Arabic numerals and inner track borders with black enameled main Arabic numbering with the red 12, steel Spade-style hands and a recessed sub-seconds dial with 60 second outer chapter and sweep gold steel seconds hand. The new dial has been professionally updated, and now is in excellent condition.Signed OMEGA in white enameled lettering below the red 12 with trademark Omega symbol above this. This model features an ORIGINAL four piece, double-hinged nickel case. This watch was converted from pocket watch. The case was made especially for OMEGA. Guys I am looking at a Vintage 2484 but the 18k case has lots of Patina...is this a mjor problem or can it be easily polished off?Marko
