New Piaget Secrets & Lights Watch Collection Launches At Watches & Wonders 2015
PIAGET EMPERADOR COUSSIN XL LARGE MOON ENAMEL WATCHNew watches are being released all the time. Major brands are constantly tweaking their existing ranges to provide a new take on an old classic, a slightly different colorway to breathe life into a tired palette, a new complication slammed into an existing casebut it is rarer to see one of the big boys release a whole range of new timepieces at once. Today, on Wednesday September 30th, 2015, Piaget dbuts the new "Secrets & Lights" collection, with the tag-line "A Mythical Journey by Piaget."PIAGET ALTIPLANO SCRIMSHAW ENGRAVING WATCHThere's a lot going on here. The Piaget Secrets & Lights range features several new models in a variety of color schemes, bound by their shared inspiration: the historical Silk Route between Venice and Samarkand. The two cities each exert influence over the watches, with some mirroring the desert-inspired "Lights of Samarkand," while others explore the "Secrets of Venice." For me personally, this b

Just got my first AP - a ROO Panda! Watch fits great, wears comfortably, and I think will see lots of wrist time... Thanks to the members here for great information and pictures while I was deciding what to get. Been looking to consolidate my collection for a bit now, and over the weekend went from 9 down to 5, picking up the Panda and credit towards a potential future 15400...Only question I have is whether the AP GP blk/red strap will fit on a bracelet watch?
Sizing the Aquanaut tropical strap - missing my EZ link
I'm a bit spoiled by the Rolex EZ link extension since I like my watch a bit snug. When I got my 5164A, I ended up sizing it to fit my small wrist. But as I travel and move around in different weather (Honolulu, San Francisco, Europe) the watch is sometimes a bit too tight. So I have ordered an extra strap from my AD and will get it sized differently. My question is if anyone has advice on how much space to leave. Is each notch on the tropical strap 5mm or less?Ideally I don't want the watch too lose so I just need to leave enough room. Any ideas on what to do here would be great. P.s. I really wish I could get an EZ link type fitting since that is perfect :) but I don't want any after market parts on my PatekThanks everyone Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Help me decide :)
Hello, I'm here to seek your opinion once again :)I have been lusting for a daytona for a while now.I currently own a 114270 and a hulk.I am considering selling my hulk and purchasing this particular 6 month old daytona which has become available to me for $15000AU/$12100US:https://.rolex/watches/cosmog...6503-0008.html Should I make this swap or not?
My Big Fat Day-Date Dilemma
Hello, I'm new to the forums. I joined up because I need some advice. Here goes:I guess you could say I'm a long-time Rolex owner; I purchased a pre-owned Datejust in 2005, all stainless with a very unique bezel (don't even know the name, it looks old school) and a mother of pearl dial with diamond markers. This watch has served me well through thick and thin, and I always said that when I reached a certain point in my life, having achieved certain things, I would treat myself to a solid yellow gold Day-Date. I figure I'm there now, and this Day-Date purchase is now very much a reality. I am interested in the absolute standard all-gold presidential, no frills. It's the #228238. Tourneau prices it at $34,850 -- but I have two connections in Florida for $26,500 and $24,500. Same exact watch, but here's the catch: these are not authorized dealers. I've heard that people strongly dislike Tourneau and would sooner not buy a Rolex at all than buy one through them, but I do like th
