Historical Perspectives: Inside The Archives Of The Tudor Watch Company (VIDEO)
We will warn you right now – this one gets nerdy. But, we mean that in the best possible way. Over the past few years, there has been an increased interest in the historical watches from the Tudor Watch Company – no doubt due to the fantastic modern watches shown by the brand. We're talking the Heritage Chronograph, the Black Bay, the Pelagos, the Heritage Advisor, and the Ranger. Many of the watches mentioned here are direct results of historical watches from the Tudor archives, a rich bank of bright colors and risk-taking designs. Today, we are proud to present you with an unprecedented look inside the official archives of the Tudor Watch Company. Yes, these are the watches owned by Tudor themselves, many of which have never left its Geneva Headquarters – and this includes more than one prototype that was never put into production. 1 OF 65 1932 Tudor For Australian Market 2 OF 65 The Tudor name goes all the way back to 1926, when Hans

I am in the market for a Omega Speedmaster Automatic #3510.50
I really like the Reduced 38mm size because I have very skinny wrists. I have about $1000 saved up for my next watch (I was saving for a 16610 sub) but i got the itch for a OMega. I love watches but my collection consists of 4 watches right now a MOvado Sport, a Rado Jubilee, a Buam n mercier Capeland S, and a Rolex Datejust. I think the speedmaster would be aq nice addition to my collection and was looking around at E-bay and found alot of japan sellers selling Omega. Has anyone bought a omega off ebay from Japan? What should I expect to pay for Omega Speedmaster Automatic #3510.50 in mint condition with box and papers and one without box and papers?I belive that this watch is no longer produced so what years was this watch produced? What should I expect to pay for service to service this watch when I get it , and how often does it need to be serviced. Thank you for all your help.
Patek 5227j

Band too small.. Dad lost links ( bark )
Hi there, I was hoping someone here could give me some advice regarding the Rolex he gave me... It is a Oyster Perpetual Rolex with the bark dial and middle links. Unfortunately he lost the links he removed and it is very tight. Before I go to the local jeweler who is Rolex authorized and order some replacements, I thought I would check to see if anyone had suggestions. I would rather not pay $500 to $1000 per link, but not sure what to else do. Was wondering if any aftermarket links would be ok. I found a few that said they were 18kt gold solid and not hollow. but for $270, I don't think that would be 18kt? I don't care too much if they are non Rolex...and I am not planing to sell it. Input appreciated. Dave
