REMINDER: New York watches-dealer Event With Girard-Perregaux July 25th
We would like to remind New York City and surrounding area residents that July 25th, 2013 is the evening of the watches-dealer & Girard-Perregaux Summer Soiree event at the Girard-Perregaux Boutique on Madison Avenue. The event begins at 6pm and continues at the adjacent Club Macanudo next door at 8pm. Dievas Vortex Diver Watch
There is literally a long laundry list of positive points about this watch. I rarely do this, but I pasted below words directly from Dievas on this new Vortex watch because I think they did a good job at summing the watch up. A lot to like here. Not the most original watch around, but that is not Dievas' style. They prefer to pick and choose from popular themes and come up with nice mixtures. The Vortex is a combo between a dive and aviator watch. It also takes from certain popular German functional watches like Sinn. Actually the Vortex is all made in Germany, which is not the case for all Dievas watches.Seeing the Vortex watch I instantly want it. The style is right up my ally, and then I look at all the features and I get excited. Very Speicla 5004 Goes to the Auction block
When I saw that this watch was going to be auctioned off all I could think was damn why don't I have the funds to be in the bidding. My all time Patek Grail Limited to just 50 pieces the 5004 in Stainless Steel. They were made at the end of the 5004 production run. They were not advertised by patek and were gone before you could blink being sold through the Geneva Boutique I believe.
