What is a fair price for this Panerai Pam 000?
Hi everyone, Hoping to purchase my first Panerai this weekend. Found a local seller who is selling a model 000 from 1975. Picture below. How much should I expect to pay assuming it is in mint condition? Any help or insight would be much appreciated!
Panerai PAM616 Carbotech Review
Hey everyone,Thought I would share with you guys a video I did with a hands on review of the new PAM616 Carbotech that is hitting boutiques this month. I had the luxury of having it on hand for a couple days and it is really something different.Would love to hear your comments suggestions etc. Still new to this. .paneraicentral/panera...-video-review/or direct
My Polar on a Zulu
I love it on the bracelet, but always wanted to add a bit of color. I guess its time to change it up a bit. I haven't worn a NATO or Zulu strap in forever. It definitely dresses it down a notch, but I like it. I think I'll stick with this for a while.
Is a 3235-powered Sub at Basel possible?
I was reading another forum blog the other day, and the suggestion was made that one of the releases at Basel will be a 3235 movement in the Submariner. As a side note, they also predicted that the GMT will get an updated movement from the 3186, a 32.. something. The more I thought about this it does kind of make sense, the 32 series is (suposedly) a substantially superior movement to the 3135 currently in there. And it has been a while (especially with the GMT, the 3185/6 has been used for many years) since we have had a serious movement update. Could Basel 2018 be the year that a lot of the innards of models are upgraded and not so many external changes? I was also wondering if the 3235 would fit in to a 40MM case, since it is used now in the DJ41(?). Will we see a sweeping upgrade this year of inner workings?
