A. Lange & S?hne Saxonia Dual Time
Lange’s new Saxonia Dual Time offers a classically simple aesthetic in both design and function. Push pieces located at 8 and 10 o’clock allow the solid-gold hour hand to be advanced or moved back in one-hour increments without disturbing the minutes or seconds, so accurate timekeeping is maintained. A second hour hand in blued steel permanently keeps track of the time at home. Find pricing inside. When the upper push piece is pressed once, the hour hand advances by one hour. When the lower one is actuated, the hour hand jumps anti-clockwise by one hour. A compact 24-hour subdial in the upper half of the dial is synchronized with the home-time display, telling the owner whether it's day or night at home.Available in pink or white gold, the case diameter is 40mm. The movements is the totally redesigned self-winding calibre L086.2. The central rotor incorporates a centrifugal mass made of 950 platinum. When fully wound, the power reserve is 72 hours. The movement naturally exh
Planet Ocean rubber strap installation tips.
For the sake of the forum I tried to figure out why so many of you are having issues installing your PO rubber strap.O.K here is what I came up with. I tried installing the rubber strap with a new set of spring bars. It was a bear!!!! I see what some of you are having problems with. First of all you need the correct spring bars in the diameter 1.78mm. This is a double shoulder spring bar in size 22mm for the 45.5mm Planet ocean. You can use a single shoulder spring bar as long as you have a good spring bar tool with a small sharp forked end. Omega has both in the correct size.. (See pic below) I want you to first test fit your spring bars without the strap. Try it and see how easy they fit in the holes of the lugs. The PO has very small holes drilled into the lugs. Some after market spring bars have a larger nipple end and it may not slip easily into the holes of the lugs. Either buy other spring bars or file the end diameter of the ends (just the very ends)of each spring bars. Once yo

Please give me your views on the 5127....
I have loved the design of this piece for along time.Recently, I have been looking at getting one.The photos that I have seen made me lean more towards one in R/G, what are your individual thoughts? I have spoken with 4 UK AD's two of whom have the model in stock, one of the dealers advised me that the 5127 in R/G was currently a particular difficult model to get. What do you think? The AD told me that the 5127 was perhaps the best Patek to wear as a daily wearer, due to the advantages of having the protective shoulders, screw in crown & case back. Please give me your thoughts and include as many different photos that you can. Regards Tony
Submariner 114060 running erratically *pic heavy*
I've had this watch for just over a week. Most of the time it runs perfectly at about +1 spd but then randomly it will gain time very rapidly. When I woke up the other day it was +18 seconds and it had been resting crown down. Yesterday I decided to sync it with my Air King and take photos every hour for awhile to document the craziness. My AD seems to think the watch is fine so I needed some proof. Yesterday the Sub gained 10 seconds in a 6 hour period and as of this writing is still 10 seconds fast which means it just randomly speeds up for a few hours then settles down. I plan on sending it to Rolex today under warranty. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
