The Restoration Of The Girard-Perregaux Caliber 350, The Most Important Quartz Watch You've Never Heard Of
Quartz. We pretend it's not there, but it defines the modern world of watchmaking. And yet, once upon a time, it was the new kid on the block an unknown quantity whose influence had yet to be felt. Incoming - my first Crown
Good morning all from Bombay, just landed from a nice long flight from London and first thing I did after eating was open the box of my brand new BLNR!!! After many many many years of waiting and waiting I finally decided to treat myself for my 30th birthday this year.Apologies if the stickers are still on! It’s 3am here and I’m tired so tomorrow will be spent trying to remove them all and resizing the bracelet. I’ve learnt so much from all the members here on TRF and I couldn’t wait to share my incoming with you all. And fwiw, anyone who thinks this watch looks ace in pictures, it looks ten times better in the flesh. Absolute stunner. That blue colour is a master stroke from Rolex.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
