Seiko Premier Kinetic Perpetual Watch For 2010
For the last few years Seiko has not only been impressing me with their sport watches, but also their more formal offerings. The recently (over the last few years) revamped Premier collection has a number of attractive looking pieces for both men and women. The watches have a smooth gracefulness to the case design, along with a very modern size. I fear that most "classy" watches out there are still too small for my tastes, but this timepiece is an exception. At 43mm wide, the size feels very proper given the style of the watch. Last year the big release in the Premier watch collection was the Moon Phase Direct Drive that I discussed here. I loved the amount of complications that it injected into the design as well as the inclusion of the Kinetic Direct Drive movement. This model before you is in rose gold-toned steel, offering a less complex dial, and a more affordable price. The movement is a Seiko Kinetic Perpetual Auto Relay. I have only just seen this - some might find it interesting and it answers some of the questions people ask on here....audemarspiguet/s/care-book/en/#/68/
The Ultimate Carbon
The Millenary Carbon One Tourbillon Chronograph with 10-day Power ReserveExtremely light weight at less than 70g, it is worthy of a good quality apartment. Strapped it on the wrist, and I felt giddy... I think I need a check up for weak heart soon (uh-oh)
15400 Size
So I finally tried this amazing watch on last night at my AD, what an amazing dial! it really pops....only problem was the size, I have a very small wrist and there was too much space on both sides of the lug; when compared to a daytona, the top and bottom of the watch extended more above my wrist....I also tried a ROO with RC and it fit pretty well, I would say it looked and felt like a better fit even-though it's still too big for my taste as I'm looking for something I can wear with dress shirts on a daily basis.I was wondering how the 15300 compares as far as lug to lug size goes from the top and bottom where the bracelet joins.Does 15300 have the same silver/white dial? in the pics it seems it's just white? Thanks in advance!
What are you wearing to start out the weekend?
It's a Snoopy kind of day! Great weekend to all here!
