Help identifying model?
This listing is a touch screwy, as the watch is listed as automatic but says quartz... And the size of 39, did that come in anything other than the Jumbo? Obviously, these discrepancies can create huge swings in value.I dont want this watch for me personally, but know the right ones can be highly collectable. Appreciate any advice!
Picked up my first Omega in years. Speedmaster Racing Co-axial Master Chronometer
Wow. Thats a long name.Just was wandering around at my AD, not really looking to add anything. Have enough timepieces for my entire neighborhood, then I saw this. Asked to see it, and was blown away. Omega has really stepped up their game. Ceramic bezel, micro adjust, great bracelet, display back.....really nice.My first non Rolex/AP purchase in years....Really a stunner in person.Thoughts? And yes, I have a ceramic Daytona...Black dial. Quite honestly, I like this better.https://.omegawatches/watch-o...2930445104001/
Patek 5070r!
After much thought (and input from this board) I kept both the ALS 1815 Chrono and the Patek 5205r. Traded a couple other pieces (JLC Deepsea Chrono and IWC Chrono Classic) and a lot more cash for this 2006 edition in great condition. Thanks to Steve at Tarrytown Jewelers for making it happen. I think I'm done... for a while. Happy fourth to all.
Today at Panama airport AD
Today at Panama Airport AD in stock: SS-Sub, Explorer 2 black and white, Milgauss black and a Explorer I (this last one not available anymore as I have purchased it ;-) )Some _tag_ prices: Sub 8,550$, Milg 8,200$, Exp2 8,100$, Exp1 6,500$.Panama airport AD is owned by a company that has stores in other places in Panama, I have asked for the availability of hard to get models and it seems that they use to go to the non airport stores.
