Pulled the trigger
Well, after much debate and going back and forth , i finally pulled the trigger on an AP. I worked with Chris over at EJC and he really took care of me. Glad I can now call myself an Audemars owner

Atlanta Omega Boutique GTG was First Class
The Atlanta Omega Boutique at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta hosted our ATL Spring GTG. Oh my, it was first class! Boutique Manager, Calvin Fong, and his associate, Brent Reames, working with our ATL area Omega guru, Fr. John Shinall, put together a fantastic event. Leta Saveints, Omega's district manager for the Southeast came up from Palm Beach. Omega National Training and Sales Manager, Charles Laevens, flew in from his New York office to share a very informative presentation to the 23 WIS who attended. The coffee and donuts tasted good on arrival and then after the presentation we walked a few store-fronts away to the posh Tavern at Phipps where Omega hosted our group to lunch. After a delicious meal we returned to the Boutique to handle and admire the complete Omega watch collection. What a treat!Our ATL group wishes to thanks Calvin Fong and the whole Omega team for making today a special event. As Fr. Just back from the AD ... Wish I could say I took it home with me but it was a little bit above budgetI hope you see the irony in ' a little bit'Nevertheless ... WHAT AN AMAZING watch ... ARTI was there about 1 hour, handling such a piece during one hour is something a watch enthusiast never forgets

I've tried to take some better pics of the 515
I've tried. Being the operative phrase. Had it about 2 weeks now. The funny thing is, the steel 514 is probably my most admired watch by others .. Ever. The oro rosso is a joy to behold live. Something I cannot put into wordsI was never the biggest Panerai fan, then they brought out the 50's case and then the 40's case.. The rest is history. One you like something, you like something.
