Little scratches on bezel side near crown from setting time / screwing in crown?
Am I the only one this happens to?On your RO, especially if you have a screw in crown, unlike the 15202, the polished side of the bezel has small hairline scratches. They aren't really noticeable and they don't bug me, but I can't be the only one this happens to!I barely have nails too!
The long awaited incoming!!
Hello TRF I hope that you all enjoyed the holidays. I've been back and forth with the decision to get a Chronomat 44 for quite some time now. Specifically the 30th Anniversary Edition Airborne. I finally came across me that I could not pass up. I do plan on getting the black canvas strap that has the red rubber from Breitling. Enjoy the photos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Incoming! 3573.50.00
The wife purchased a gently used 3573.50.00 for valentines day. Looks to be arriving tomorrow! This is my first Omega, and I'm quite excited! Pics to come shortly.
Patek QC issues...
My Nautilus has a clean bill of health from Professor Chaos. Dial and movement are perfect and no scratches on the bracelet or case.
can I swim with my 5712?
This might seem a stupid question to some but having spent a long time on this forum I seem to have gotten the idea from what I've read that a 60m water resistance was basically just good for washing your watch with water or calmly being in the pool or ocean but by no means enough to swim with it, maybe because if you swim energetically enough it will put water pressure on your watch that it can't stand...Personally I always thought that even if a WR is only 10m you can basically go 10 meters under water, have I mistaken and can I swim, I mean swim normally not deep diving but not just dipping in the water, with my 5712 or if I want to swim with one of my PP's is it better to take my 5726 which has a 120m resistance?Since I am going to I've in Thailand soon and I hate lying on the beach in the sun but love to swim do I need either to leave my 5712 at home or have the 5726 or can I without any worries go for a swim if I want to and happen to be wearing my 5712? Again I have no intention
