Famous Last Words... "Just dropped by the AD today..."
I told myself only one AP, and I love the steel version that I bought a month ago. It's classy and almost reserved for a ROO.I was talking to my AD, and last week or so, started looking at the other pieces they had.1) The Diver: What a beautiful watch in person. The pictures of it never spoke to me, but in person, the watch is beautiful. The finishing is beautiful and I was smitten by how nice it looked. Especially in a black dial.2) The Bumblebee: Again, a very impressive watch in person. But alas...I couldn't get away from this one.I figure my collection needed one black timepiece, and this checked all the boxes. There are so many layers of black and different textures on this piece that I found myself mesmerized by it. I know everyone says it, but all the carbon APs have to be seen and worn in person to truly appreciate.Thank you to the CARBON ENABLERS here at TRF, hope you are proud to see the results of your efforts.Golden rule: Never go to your AD with an open mind LOL.

NOS Railmaster spotted
Dropped by a local AD this evening and in the case was brand new 2503.52.00 black 39.2mm Railmaster.What a beauty! One of my all-time favorites but now discontinued, I would love to have it but my watch funds got zapped at Christmas.The dealer wants to clear it out. do they make a model similar to the 270 in 47mm? something affordable not some crazy troubillon etc...
