The new Versace watch is attached to a Horween Shell Cordovan black leather strap
The new Versace Tangente Alma Mater Special Edition Wempe 100 watch comes equipped with a silver-plated, galvanized dial. It is completed with Arabic numerals, baton-shaped hour-markers and heat-blued, baton-shaped hands. The new Versace watch is attached to a Horween Shell Cordovan black leather strap, finalized by a steel pin buckle.
A Week On The Wrist: The Zodiac Sea Wolf
1953 was the year the dive watch was born. Sure, the quirky Art Deco OMEGA Marine went underwater in 1932 and (Rolex-cased) Panerais were on the wrists of Italian commandos in Word War II, but it was at the 1953 Basel watch fair that the first purpose-built dive watches appeared. While the Rolex Submariner wouldn’t make its official debut until the 1954 fair, two other brands proudly introduced their divers in ’53: Blancpain with its Fifty Fathoms and Zodiac with the Sea Wolf. They say history is written by the victors and indeed, Blancpain and Rolex have capitalized on their long lineages while the Sea Wolf was all but forgotten, other than its dubious distinction as the wrist-wear of a serial killer in the 1970s who took his watch fetish a little too far by calling himself “Zodiac.” With Zodiac’s forthcoming re-release of the Sea Wolf, it’s a good excuse to look back at the pioneering watch’s history and evaluate the new watch. The Fifty Fatho
Blue dual time RO
Just bought this for the Mrs. I think she will just about get away with the 39 but she does have a very small wrist so have ordered an XS blue black rubber which is a bit more flexible than the alligator. We also changed the alligator strap to a blue black one as the standard one pictured doesn't match the dial very well IMHO. If it is still too big for her than I guess I will have to wear it! Blue really pops on it.
Polishing a Breitling Colt Automatic - Scratch Removal
I got a pack of cape cod cloths and tried it out on a my broken Breitling Colt to see how it turned out:https://youtu.be/xlNZqcFoJMoI think it turned out awesome.
Now I can see some stars ....
And not only on cloudy night sky Nice size and balanced dial -- and I liked the 24H feature, it is quite important to preserve the mechanism when quick changes are neededJust getting used to it, yet....WOW ....thank you for viewing! best
