Louis Vuitton Tambour Volution GMT In Black Watches For 2015
For Baselworld 2015, Louis Vuitton watches embrace black with a new collection of three Louis Vuitton Tambour?Volution timepieces in black - each of them sporting a second time zone in quasi-GMT format. These are pretty interesting models and add an interesting look to the larger Louis Vuitton watch collection, which the company has been attempting to bolster as a more serious horological product for the last few years. Part of that has been investing in their own movement manufacture, "Louis Vuitton La Fabrique du Temps," as well as focusing on some more experiment complications. We see one of those here, in this new version of the Louis Vuitton Tambour Volution Spin Time GMT in Black watch.Louis Vuitton is part of the larger LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) group which also owns major watch makers such as Zenith, Hublot, TAG Heuer, and Bulgari. It isn't as though LVMH really needs more watches, but a brand as powerful as Louis Vuitton doesn't do too poorly with whatever it decide
Finally acquired my first AP
Hi all,It was for some time my dream watch and finally made it come true today! Here are 2 shots of it on my wrist.rgds to all!
Everyone's favorite AP
I got my first AP a few weeks ago. I skipped the entry models and went straight for the 41mm RG ROC w/ black dial and black gator strap :D It's a beautiful watch and the current crown jewel of my collection. Since getting it, I've been reading the AP section of this site. I had thought about trading up to the 42mm RG ROO because I like the look of all RG vs the black ceramic bezel hiding the RG bloc behind it. After asking some friends, and one of my gfs, I decided to keep the ROC. She didn't like the too chunky look of the 42 rg ROO, preferring the classier better proportioned 41 ROC. The 44 is beautiful looking, absolutely, I just aesthetically want all RG on my new watch personally this time. I'm getting the impression that the overall most wanted/desired AP here is the 44 RG Ceramic ROO. Accurate? Do you have a different favorite AP?
Its natural habitat
It is a true aqua swimmer
Rolex, I wonder sometimes.
Hi TRF,Do the forum members ever consider that despite the fact that Rolex makes decent watches, they really don't care about their customer base, current or future (unless you're a very high end buyer or a name)? I have to say that I really do like the brand. They make some stunning pieces. However, if what has been posted about lowering production is true, I'm fast taking the view that once I've picked my two, I'm done with the brand. The ADs rarely have stock, waiting lists range from modest to insane, and they keep the media and buying public completely in the darkabout everything to do with their brand. Ive never come across a company in any field this appears so indifferent to its customer base. I get that Rolex doesn't need to care. For every client they lose, there's another waiting. However, their lack of customer care, which is frequently reflected in the quality of treatment one receives at some ADs (not my experience, but that of friends), will eventually hurt them. A part
