Capeland 10088 is Baume & Mercier’s First Limited Edition for U.S.
Baume & Mercier traces its founding all the way back to 1830 in Geneva, but it has never created a limited-edition watch for the U.S. market until now. The Capeland 10088, limited to 250 pieces and sold exclusively at select Tourneau stores nationwide, will be the first, making its debut this fall. The Capeland 10088 is distinct from other watches in Baume & Mercier’s popular Capeland collection due to its copper-colored dial. It is an automatic flyback chronograph in a 44-mm-diameter case made of polished and satin-finished stainless steel. The dial, which is a covered by an anti-glare sapphire crystal, has a tachymeter scale in blue and a telemeter scale in black. The exhibition caseback, which shows off the La Joux-Perret movement, is also made of sapphire. The watch comes on a black alligator leather strap with a pin buckle. Pricing on AP ROO forged carbon
I brought my first AP couple weeks ago. Today, my AD called and told me they have a special price for the AP ROO forged carbon 44m. The Model #: 26400au.oo.a002ca.01. They are asking for 27.5K. He made it sounded like it's a fire sale. This is a watch I will eventually get. So my question is, is the offered price too good to pass? Since I just got an AP, I prefer to wait for few months to get another one. But if the price is truly a bargain, I can get it now. Thanks for any feedback.

How much do you insure your 5711 for?
I bought mine late last year when retail was around 25k. If something happened now it would now cost around 30k (if I could find one at retail) or closer to 50k otherwise...Just interested to hear peoples thoughts!
