Lm-Tec Combat B16 + Super Combat B2: Part 1
The Lm-Tec Combat B16 and Super Combat B2 watches clearly have a lot in common. They are part of the same series, have basically the same case design in terms of looks, and have similar styling that speaks to a military aesthetic. But there are many subtle differences that give the two watches very different personalities, from the materials they are made of, to the movements that power them to simply how they wear. Fortunately Chris Wiegand, the CEO of Lm-Tec, has given us the opportunity to look at, wear and examine both watches, simultaneously. So, this review will work a bit differently than our typical reviews. Today, we are presenting you with two independent first impressions of the watches, one by Zach and the other by Blake. Feeling guilty and can't sleep... Incoming ...
I simply feel guilty, I really had the AP bug and was expecting a Diver after my 15300. I ended up cheating on AP and getting a Blancpain FF instead. I had a weak moment and I ended up purchasing one... without even trying one or seeing one in the flesh. ! Delivery is tomorrow. Let's see if I trade it back in for a Diver or if it will be a new stable mate to my 15300 ;)Let's se how much sleep I can manage to get.

Thinking of narrowing down the collection to two pieces...
Hello all,So I've been contemplating narrowing down the collection to a couple pieces (seeing how long that will last for!). I've been given an opportunity to pick up a Lange platinum Datograph for what I believe is a very attractive price so that is one of the two and the other options are either my Patek 5980 1a blue dial or my 5711 1a blue dial. So my question is (and I realize this is very subjective) would it be redundant to have two chrono's or is the 5711 (being dressier) covering the same category as the Dato? I'm having a tough time deciding which to keep and which to let go of! Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!-Carlos
