AP on Top Gear
Just catching up on last week's Top Gear episode (best car show ever IMO) and noticed that AD/DC's Brian Johnson was on the show, and noticed that he's wearing an AP If I'm not mistaken it looks to be a ROO themes black on rubber.He's driving a vintage Bentley if anyone is wondering.Cheers,James

I was in the Omega boutique last week and got a chance to handle the new Planet Ocean GMT. It was a very beautiful watch in person, waaaay better than the pictures. I didn't expect to see it but the orange on the bezel caught my eye so I asked to hold it. I must say the orange bezel looks a lot better in person and the orange hand is painted the same as the orange material of the orange numbers of the POs, so it's very brilliant and beautiful.The bezel turns both ways and the black date wheel which looks incredibly odd and stands out in close up pictures of the dial looks just fine. It has a look as to sort of simulate that the white numbers kind of pop out from a shaded background. It didn't bother me at all the way it does in internet photos.Now that Basel is history we see that it's available in all the normal colors also, this watch will be pretty hot also.The biggest turn off for me is the thickness, still too thick. Ringo Star was sporting the aquanaut... I do not know why a lot of people are knocking the 5167 down as a entry level patek and telling people NOT to buy them. I think ringo can afford more then a entry level patek but he still sports one.. I also belive is old band mate sir Paul also has one, so if it, is good enough for the Beatles it should be good enough for 99% of people out there..
