Ikepod Hourglass: Time For Art
I find it really ironic that an hourglass is a novel concept in the watch industry. When Marc Newson designed Ikepod released the Hourglass last year, I remember thinking "Wait. It is as if the classic timing tool was a forgotten piece of history.Well, you might not have a lot of options in your quality hourglass buying needs, but the good news is that the Ikepod ones are pretty darn nice. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but you can actually time with them as well. According to Ikepod, the time ratings for both the large and small ones are quite accurate. You can now live your dream of looking your nemesis in the eye and stating, "You have until this hourglass runs out to bring me my money, or your family will die a slow and painful death While the hourglass runs out yet again."Last year, they released the larger of the two hourglasses while Ikepod has offered the smaller version this year. the new graham watch is shielded by an anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal
The novelty has adopted the signature shape of tonneau. The case (37mm x 52mm) is crafted from 316L stainless steel. The front side of the new graham watch is shielded by an anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal. The mechanism incorporates a personalized rotor. Adorned with 25 jewels, it beats to the rhythm of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 48-hour power reserve.
Pre-sale polish???
TRF members,I wanted to know everyone's take on this one....I am gearing up to sell my breitling chronometre, in order to start getting serious about a gmtiic.I am debating whether I should get the clasp polished first or sell it as is?Personally, I would rather buy a watch with scratches than one that has been polished by someone else... All manufacture servicing excluded of course. What do you think?
Orange PO Bezel Differences?
Is there a difference between the old orange bezel PO (2500 Caliber) and new (8500)? The new doesn't look quite as shiny, but I know they're both aluminum. Someone told me they couldn't replicate the color on ceramic for some reason. Old Bezel:New Bezel:

Hi all,The Jeweler offered me the PO 2500 for $4000 tax in (12% tax). Price before tax: $3600.PO 8500 was offered to me for $4910 which is $5500 after tax.Do you think this is a good deal? Please advise. Thanks!
