Linde Werdelin Comic Book To Help Promote Watches
Those who have been noticing Linde Werdelin watch ads and alike, are sure to recall that comic style characters that are often a big part of their image. In fact, the mysterious cast of characters and events always made me pretty curious. Was there a story? Are these singular images? What is the deal? Well Linde Werdelin is finally ready to show the world what the big deal via one of the most innovative communication campaigns the watch industry has ever soon. Linde Werdelin filled me in on the direction and plans for the new campaign. In time you'll get it all, and I am excited to share this new concept with you.It has long been known that a "story" can sell a watch. Hands-On: With The Cl de Cartier, An Evolution In Concept, Shape, And Functional Design (Live Photos, Pricing)
My first vintage watch was a?Cartier Santos Dumont?C?a small, handsome, time-only yellow gold model from the 1960s that introduced me to the wide, wide world of vintage watch research.?I became fixated on this watch for a myriad of reasons, but most certainly because I knew Cartier as a watchmaker?and this particular watch?harkened back to both the early days of the maison?and the early commercial history of wristwatches in general. From left: the Santos, Tank, Ballon Bleu, and Cl de Cartier. In a slickly-designed presentation, Cartier distills the current design of its watches to four main case shapes. The Santos Design aficionados may lament the absence of the Cartier Crash in this quartet, but that par

1970 Speedmaster
Hello everyone,My father bought this watch in 1970. After 15 years of wearing it, he gave it to his brother, who lives in the US. After 18 years, my uncle gave it back to my father. My parents live in Spain, and the watch has been around my fathers wrist from 2003 till last night.Dingdong, doorbell rings.Long story short, my father gave me this very special watch. Needless to say, I'm the happy man! 9 years in the Spanish sun has done something special to this dial. It turned slightly brownish.
The Rolex Explorer II discontinued or change moving forward...
As the title reads, there is unwarranted speculation that the 216570 could be discontinued this year at Basel. I feel that Rolex does things a bit differently and could wait until the 50th anniversary in year 2021 to update the reference with new design, movement, case etc...Thoughts???
