We’ve already shown you Jaquet Droz’s Ateliers d’Art Horse watches; here are four more from three other luxury brands. The recently revitalized Arnold & Son brand has released a limited edition of 28 pairs of watches celebrating the Year of the Horse, with black or white lacquered dials that feature hand-finished miniature paintings of charging horse, inspired by those depicted in traditional Chinese ink-wash paintings. 44mm Offshore - Really Uncomfortable
Guys,I just bought an offshore and am finding it quite uncomfortable to wear. I hope it is just a matter of getting used to it.Here is what I am experiencing:- the pusher buttons are poking my hand when I type or raise my hand above my wrist- it is my first rubber strap and it seems to be created more friction against my skin.Has anyone experienced this? Do you get used to it? This watch looks great but if it remains this uncomfortable I may have to exchange it.
Transocean, thoughts?
Hi all,I have not delve into B retiring in a long time. And never thought I would until I saw a Transocean while passing a local jeweler. I did a double take on a black one on mesh bracelet. I just loved the simplicity of the dial, as I wear suits for work, and the refined look. Didn't look like a Breitling. The black dial would complement the rest of my collection. Questions; How is that mesh bracelet? Is is comfortable and versatile? What kind of strap can I put on it if I wanted a different look?Any comments and pictures greatly appreciated as I am eager to add it to my collection. Thanks and Happy New Year to all!Roger
Is having papers important for a Panerai?
I was wondering if it makes a difference if having papers for a new Panerai is important? When I traded in my Breitling a few months back the dealer (one here on TRF) taking the trade wasn't concerned at all.Any thoughts? Thanks
