Nice watch, but you can't buy it. No one can. Vacheron Constantin paid a lot of money to make this watch, and they are keeping it for themselves. I guess they enjoy it too much to part with it? For the last few years, since 2007, Vacheron Constantin has held a partnership with the l'Opera de Paris (Paris Opera House), and is here making an additional claim on that relationship by reproducing the famous Marc Chagall ceiling from the opera house on a watch dial.I first wrote about this piece here where I was quickly able to decipher what Vacheron Constantin was up to. 26320ST Water Tolerance?
Hello, Does anybody wear their 26320 in the shower daily? I'm used to showering with my GMT-IIC and have never had any problems in the past. Also, anybody do very light swimming with theirs in the pool? Just wanted to see what the 26320's water tolerance is. Thanks!

Should I sell my Daytona for a ROC?
Ok here is the deal. I am very big fan of the RO design. I currently have the 15400 with black dial. I am getting the RO diver very soon. Within a few weeks. I am thinking of also flipping my Daytona to get a panda dial ROC. The only thing holding me back is the movement no being in-house. So I ask you guys what you think I should do. I know it brings the variety in my collection down quite a bit and that is not what concerns me.

Hello TRF!,It has been a while since I've posted on here. Have to get back into the habit!I wondered if you all may be able to help me with a question. A friend of mine inherited a PP 3800 from his grandfather but was never told the value of the watch. he didn't realize what he had until it stopped working and he had to send it in for a rather expensive service, via his local AD, around 4 years ago.He did not wear it much after that, but when he thought of selling it he took it out of the drawer and it wasn't working again. Sent it back to Patek via the AD and did another full service. Not being a watch person, he's ready to get rid of it due to the service expense.I am considering buying the watch from him but thought it would be interesting to have the history of the watch. I have heard stories where Patek was able to dig into their archives and pull old papers from the watch, where it was purchased, service history, etc. Thought it would be neat to have all of that on a vintage piec
