Rubber strap on a 2254.50?
Would this strap fit on a SMP 2254.50? I know the size is good but will the cutout sections on the end work?
Gold vs SS Nautilus - useability and durability?
Hi,This is not so much a 'what do you prefer' thread - but more a question of how much more fragile the gold versions of the nautilus are.We all know the SS nautilus bezel is a scratch magnet - so I would imagine the similar gold bezel is even more prone to scratches...?Current or previous owners of both metals - can you share your experiences? Is/was the gold nautilus a special occasion watch - with the SS a daily driver? Or the gold version for work, change to SS for more casual? Did anyone 'downgrade' from gold to SS nautilus out of fear of scratches or other reasons? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
Panerai Pam312
I have a couple of questions for experts.I have just purchased a Pam 312 from a reputable watch store. The Ltd Ed number is xxxx/2500 but those I see online seem to be xxxx/4000.Also those online have a brushed steel case and mine has a polished steel case.Do I have a variation of the Pam312 or have I got a different Pam?I have no reason to think that I have a fake. Everything checks out but for peace of mind I would like to know. Thanks in anticipation.Daltexs1
Submariner collection
The Submariner is by far my favourite Rolex model, not to mention my first. Bought my 16610 in 1999, and it's been down hill ever since. Here is a group pic of my current Submariner collection:017 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]018 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]019 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]020 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]Snuck in my Fifty Fathoms for a divers group pic.... 025 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]
Is this 16570 over polished?
Looking at this 16570. Pretty good deal on it but the bezel seems dull and lugs are iffy. Is it Over polished?? Or did the older versions of this ref all look like that ThanksSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
