seawolf ti & steel pics please!
Hey gang, I have had the pleasure of trying on the steelfish but saw a seawolf in ti & newer steel model as well at the A.D. I've been thinking About the seawolf and want to go back and try it on today. I think it spoke to me a little more than the steelfish. Can any owners of either model post some pics and opinions for me?
Why does Omega keep changing their watch designs?
Except for the Speedy, I've noticed all Omega models go through dozens of never-ending iterations. When the Skyfall AT came out, I loved it as it was an amazing design. When I was ready to pull the trigger, they announced the master co-axial, removed the date window, and polished the center links. When I started to like that version, I now see they changed the date to be at 6 o clock and with a horizontal teak dial instead of vertical. This drives me crazy! Why can't they just stick to one design and make it a classic? Not to mention all of the one-off limited editions floating around in the market.I get that they want to keep things fresh, but I don't want to buy a watch from them if it's going to get outdated the next year. For the record, I don't have a Speedy because my wrist is terribly small for it, otherwise I'd be all over it.
USA Prices??
Hi guys,I am traveling to Hawaii in August with the wife and I am looking at picking up either an 8500 or a 9300. What prices should I be looking at? The prices and taxes here in Australia are prohibitive...Any advice is appreciated....
Good sources for vintage Omega?
I'm on the lookout for a late 50's to early 60's Constellation Pie-Pan. Ideally a gold cap or solid with the broad arrow markers.I am absolutely smitten by this watch but it seems hard to find in decent shape. Anyone have any pointers to good places to look?
