Watches NEWS
New to me, second AP!
This one came unexpectedly... Last year I helped my brother-in-law purchase a 44mm SS novelty. A few weeks ago he contacted me saying he wanted to sell it to upgrade to a RG Rubberclad... So with a great deal on the 44mm SS novelty, I just couldn't miss the opportunity! Here it is... What a beauty.

PP 3468 dial
Hi all,I've found a PP that I'd really like to buy from a private party but the one question I have is about the dial. Almost every image I can find of the 3468 has double stick markers on the quarters, however, I see some that do not have the double markers. From the low quality/light picture I've seen, this watch does not seem to have the double markers and I can't see enough to pick up the SWISS at the bottom. Of course, I'll be inspecting the watch in person prior to transacting but any thoughts/info on the markers? All manual wind Pateks from this era (1960s) should have SWISS on the dial right?
Patek Philippe 5124G...
I've found my grail watch. I think this watch is absolutely beautiful. I'd like to go try one on in Toronto, but the employees at the Patek dealer would probably throw me out of the store. At MSRP $22,500 USD, one day I may actually be able to buy one, maybe when I retire 40 years from now and the canadian dollar quits tanking...
