Nomos Orion 38 Datum Review
Here at w&w, we do a poor job of hiding our enthusiasm for Nomos Glashuette. They are one of those brands that the mere mention of always gets our hearts pounding. Their watches are perfect little expressions of what accessible luxury ought to be. Unique, finely finished and restrained timepieces with in-house movements at obtainable prices. What more could you ask for?At Basel World 2013, Nomos unveiled a handful of things, one of which was a new, larger sized Orion. The Orion watches are a staple of the Nomos line up; a classic, modest design with a vintage air that they have offered for many years. Unlike their more often spoken about Tangentes or Tangomats, the Orions have smooth flowing curves that emphasize their incredibly thin profiles, making effortlessly elegant and easy to wear watches. My first AP ROO 44mm Carbon or SS?
I cannot decide which i like more. I know this question is highly subjective, but I thought I would ask and get some TRF opinions. Pic for reference:

Very nice store.Saw some awesome pieces. The platinum tourbillon chronograph is unbelievably heavy. My FC on the right. Interesting to see how the bezels are finished differently.
White or Blue 15300?
I know I know, this has been asked since the dawn of time.Ultimately I will make my own decision, but I am interested in knowing what people on this forum think.I am downsizing some of my Rolex collection (ss/pt yacht + 16610lv) to pick up an AP RO 15300. I have always wanted a blue dialed watch, but I'm also drawn towards the white/silver. My main collection would be an Aquanaut 5167/1a and the AP. The main reason why I haven't pulled the trigger on the blue yet is because I think some day I would like to own the Nautilus 5711 and wonder if having 2 blue dials would be a little much. I'm a much bigger fan of the white RO than I am the white Naut.Anyone have any thoughts or comments on my predicament?
