Hands-on Review AP Diver Silver-Toned Dial
I've now owned both the black and silver-toned and here are my thoughts on the latter. Enjoy my friends!!!https://.watchcollectinglifestyle...ands-on-review
Blue dial 15400 or Diver?
Some views please!I have a silver dial 41mm ROC and thinking of another RO to compliment it. Two watches that keep coming to mind are the standard Diver and the 15400 with the blue dial. I like the idea of the blue dial as it seems a rare beast and, well, I like blue!I know what to expect with the 41mm case and know the Offshore fits my wrist too. So, is the 15400 too much of the same as I have the ROC? There's a lot of love on here for the Diver and I think I'm leaning towards it too. Any thoughts? Look forward to hearing from you guys.Martin
5196g and 5146g or 3940g?
I already own a 5146g and was considering trading for the 5396g but after tryingit on this week Ive decided the 5146 is more me, I prefer dials to windows. However while I was trying on the 5396 I also tried the 5140 and 5196 (which I have had previously). The 5140 is a fantastic watch but it is cluttered and the 5/27 was off putting, I'm yet to try the 3940 but the dial looks cleaner and it is only 1mm smaller. So my option now is to keep the 5146 and add the 5196, which I think is a good combo or trade in the 5146 for a 3940. What do you guys think?
Caribbean Discount
Generally, the discount is Duty Free 15%.Anyone have any recent info?Going twice in December and in January, to include St. Maarten, known for good pricing and trying to recover from Hurricane devastation.I was there last month and 75% of shops were closed but wife did not allow me near any Rolex shop to inquire. She threatened me and I was scared. There, I said it.I am well aware of Customs declaration and what I will owe and will comply.
Help me to find end-Pieces for a Tudor Date-Day
Hello, I'm sorry if i post this in the wrong corner of the forum, if so please guide me to the right place! :)I have an Tudor Oyster Prince Date-Day ref: 94613 (Two-Tone) and looking for the right end-pieces to match a Tudor 6248-20 Jubilee bracelet. Can't seem to find any specific information on what end-pieces to look for.Probably 596 or 597 but does any one know for sure? And where can I look to buy me a pair? Maybe there is a aftermarket option if original is hard to find these days? Many thanks in advance and for a great forum!
