AP Diver Sighting
My wife was watching food network and I noticed one of the hosts had on a diver. I was questioning if my wrists were too small for this watch but if she can pull it off, so can I! Lol
Speedmaster leather strap, black or brown?
I want to put a nice alligator leather strap on my 3570.50. I always thought black was the only way to go to match the black face. But lately I've seen a bunch of google images with brown straps and they look nice also. What do you prefer?
Broad Arrow Musings.
One of those back of the brain musings.I have one of these in my collection. Nice price, great watch.2.jpgI have thought of bagging one of these:1.jpgand playing swapsy with the bracelet and having this look:ba.jpgI DON'T like the TT version. In the flesh the bracelet has a different tone of gold to the bezel/hands/pushers. It's also a silly price, for me at least.3.jpgI DO LIKE THE FULL GOLD VERSION IN THIS DIAL.... but I've never seen one available with actual pics, and for less than 10k, my max budget for an Omega.4.jpgAnyway. I'm playing a waiting game on the TT/Strap version. One day the plentiful Buy it now offerings will have to be offered without reserve and a market price will be achieved and me the highest bidder maybe. Then I'll decide I preferred the chase rather than the kill and it will be at the back of the work safe with the others.Musings off.
Patek 5216 - WSJ
Saw this on the WSJ page.A nice watch and advert for the service center. The only hitch is the dust. A lot of dust on the watch and possibly inside the case in the zoomed image. May be this one was pre QC!.wsj/video/patek-phili...1C2BC1B52.html
