Damasko DC66 Review
In the world of independent watches, brands like Damasko stand out. Small, family owned and operated, they produce a limited amount of watches per year with a focus on quality and technology that surpasses most brands many times their size. Though in a year, they might produce a fraction of what other sport watch brands do, and their name is not on buses or on shelves in watch shops across the US, Damasko still manages to produce truly exceptional pieces of engineering and for a good value too. And I mean value in the true sense. You get something of quality that exceeds its price tag, not something for as little as possible. As such, Damasko is a favorite around w&w, with this being our third review of their watches. If you're familiar with the brand, you'll know they focus on modern pilot's watches and chronographs. While they have a bunch of models, the differences between them are often slight. ROO 26400SO itch
Recently tried on the AP ROO 26400SO, Stainless steel with ceramic bezel and can't get it out of my head! One of those watches that just look so much better in the flesh than in photos.Considering trading my deepsea and planet ocean plus cash for one.Can any owner comment on this model? What does a service cost? Thanks
This sang to me....

Anyone have an Omega Railmaster?
just killing some time at HK airport (flight was delayed and had to change gates to the other side of the airport). So I took a look at the Omegas and saw a Omega Railmaster. The saleslady said that they are exclusive to asia. Nice looking watch. very simple looking and classy. not to big either mabye 38mm?. no date either. had a nice black face and pretty styling hands. Just wondering if anyone has one and what do you think. Sorry for no pic as my cameras memory card is full right now.Dan
Congrats!
In an endless sea of PANERAI SEs, it can sometimes be pretty hard to choose what your first SE may look like. Yes, I want that elusive 382 and while the pull of 368 remains strong, the only other in my wish list had been the Radiomir 449 ever since it was announced. What really surprised me was the relatively dull response to 449, contributed largely by the OP's strange marketing behavior [ release of 425 ]. While 425 is surely more eye-popping, it takes a little time on the wrist to actually appreciate the understated elegance of 449 with the cleanest dial conceivable and those mesmerizing blue hands. It took me a while to unbox this beauty .. I was in Hawaii when the watch landed and on return, was swamped with job interviews et al. So, all these weeks, the 449 just sat there as I sorted my life out. Fast forward a few weeks, life is good once more and I thought .. What The Heck !! Time to Unwrap and Wear The Heck Out of This One. With a 47mm Luminor, Submersible and Radiomir in
