Halios Tropik SS Review
Just a few months ago we reviewed the Halios Tropik B, one of the more interesting bronze dive watches to drop in recent memory. With a relatively small cushion case, an elegant vintage inspired dial and an interesting bronze alloy, it's the kind of unique design that comes along once in a while and leaves a lasting impression. This seems to be the MO for Halios, whose watches are always different from the herd and priced very fairly.In tandem to the Tropik B, Halios released the Tropik SS, or stainless steel model. Though the same watch in terms of general DNA, the different material, and inclusion of a rotating bezel, make the Tropik SS a different experience. When you browse contemporary sub $1000 dive watches, you are likely to find something missing; dress divers. Sure, there are brands that make smaller or downsized models, but they are still clunky, tool watches. ARTI was there about 1 hour, handling such a piece during one hour is something a watch enthusiast never forgets

Rolex Outside Box
Does anyone know where I can purchase the outter box for the Rolex GMT II? I'm not talking about the green box the watch is In I'm referring to the box that the green box was in. So I was at Sam��s Club the other day...
I was in the jewelry section, just looking around. I happened to be standing close to the watch section when I heard, Mom, is that a Rolex? It sounded like a young voice, so I turned around to find a boy who looked to be about 4 years old, pointing towards the group of Invicta watches. The mother replied what? and continued walking as did the young boy.I was kind of blown away by this experience. How does such a young little boy know about Rolex? Maybe someone in his family owns one? Maybe he sees the advertisements on the road? Mom sure didn't seem to care about his question or about the watches.What do you all think?Has anyone experienced something similar before?
