Do I sense some falling out of love with the manufacture?
Maybe it is me, but I am seeing a lot of criticism towards the brand, some heavyweights selling all their pieces and moving on and some being downright nasty. What is going on? Is it just me? Is it the cold up north making people cranky? PS, 26400 is my favorite piece and I don't care much whether it is popular or not

Quartz or auto for first Omega?
I have long wanted a high quality Swiss watch. I have never had an automatic before. But I have been thinking if I do step up to an Omega. Should I go ahead and get what would be my first auto, or stick with a quartz. What do you all suggest?
