Sinn Model 1800 S Damaszener 100-Piece Limited Edition Watch In Damascus Steel
We have grown to like - well, love - Sinn for their consistently high quality, very technical watches like the EZM 10 (reviewed here) or the T1 and T2 Dive?watches. With the Sinn?Model 1800 S Damaszener, the brand further?strengthens?its?dressier?line of watches, while also adding a twist to it all with the use of damascus steel for the case, case back, and dial.Damascus steel (or Damaszener Stahl in German), is a material seldom encountered in wrist watches C and yet,?not unsurprisingly, Sinn still couldn't resist adding a twist to it nevertheless. I guess the demand was quite high but was able to put a deposit on the last of 5-- the Las Vegas AP Boutique had coming for the year. Well I got the call last weekend and took delivery on Friday. I was hoping to get some AP goodies but did not. I was told if I send in for free 1st service during the first 3 years-- I get a 2 year warranty extension. I have not taken it out of its plastic because I was sizing the bracelet and b
Sad day :(
When cleaning my watch case, and bracelet... I found a tiny ding on the side of the case... so tiny that I didn't notice that it was there prior to cleaning... just what to lament, sometimes it happens without even knowing where it came from...
