Small Wrists
Hi Al,Really keen on a ROO 264 SS, thing is I have small wrists, I own a Rolex DSSD which think looks ok on my wrists but I'm not sure if I could get away with the ROO in 44mm flavour.Anyone here with small wrista and big watches?
Breitling Chrono hands wont stay at 0
I've got a Breitling Quartz Chrono and the chrono minute hand keeps going back to 5 minutes after I reset it. I've followed the steps to reset the chrono to 0 but after a few days, the minute hand is back to 5. Anyone ever experience this issue?
Longest bracelet change
I bought this back in October, but the bracelet was faulty: too wide to fit between the lugs properly (nice QC Omega!). I guess this is what happens when the watch is sold on a NATO. I took it back to the AD in December and it took Omega until yesterday to get it fixed. That's quite a long turn around time for fitting a new bracelet. I'm glad to have it back, and I just wanted to let the rest of the forum members know that Omega appears to have similar turn around times to Patek.
New Planet Ocean 8500 Liquid Metal Titanium
I debated whether I should get the Planet Ocean 8500 Liquid Metal Titanium since I already had a regular Planet Ocean 8500 but I couldn't resist any longer. I had to have it and I think it's different enough for sure now that I have both. The blue is an awesome shade and it changes hue in different lighting. I got both the rubber strap and the bracelet just like I did with my other 8500 to change things up. I am a big Rolex fan but the PO 8500 at 45.5 MM is perfect for my nearly 8 wrist. Add the 8500 movement with clear case back and if you buy grey market like I do, you have an awesome watch for an awesome price. Super satisfied with these Planet Oceans.
