Hands-On: The Montblanc Boheme Moongarden
I have never seen a watch like this before. Sure, it looks like a watch I have seen before, but when you take a close look you realize that this isn't your average calendar watch. This particular watch is called the Moongarden and it is a new addition to the Bohème, Montblanc's collection for women. What makes this watch so different you ask? In 1988 it became part of the Richemont group and then later in 1997 it began making watches in Le Locle, Switzerland. Hi fellas,I am sure many of you own nice watch boxes in which you can your watches.I'm looking for a decent one, if possible with a lock. I'm looking for a small one that I can put on my desk, store in my drawers etc. ( not those massive closet sized ones.)any suggestions?

First Patek - 5167 now or wait for 5712?
I have the Patek itch and it needs to be scratched badly. If I were to own one and only one Patek, I have concluded that it would be the 5712. I love the asymmetrical dial, movement and complications on that model. However, I am unable to find an AD in Canada that is even willing to put my name on the waitlist, and at the moment, it is somewhat of out of my budget after two new pieces in the last 2 months.At first, I was not a huge fan of the 5167. It has slowly grown on me, and I've always considered adding one to the stable - but much to my dismay, it seems 5167 prices are also creeping upwards likely due to the tulip mania around the 5711.I've been offered a 5167 at an attractive price and I'm super tempted. I'm thinking of adding the 5167 now, which will hold me over until I can get a 5712 (at which point I can decide to flip the 5167 for the 5712, or something else in my collection.) Is this wise, or should I just wait for the 5712?

A lot of hard to find Patek's popping up at ADs?
Hello,As a recent buyer of a 5167A, I am seeing that a lot of folks on here are finding that watch as well as 5711 at their local dealers unexpectedly. I am 4 for 4 the last 3 months walking into Patek ADs and finding both 5167s and 5164s in stock. One AD had a theory that with China and other Asian markets down so much and Patek being highly concerned about grey market watches they bought back the inventory and shipped a lot of it to ADs in the USA. Anyone else have any thoughts? Thanks!
