The Defakto Nachschicht (Nightshift) is the first one-handed watch I have had the chance to wear, and using it is a unique experience. Generally speaking, precision and accuracy are key features in the buying and using of a watch, right alongside quality and looks. Yes, there are various stylized watches, like the Nava Ora Unica or the Nooka Zot, that obscure time for the sake of novelty or a unique aesthetic, but it is not often that a midrange mechanical watch chooses to forgo exactitude to create a different experience of wearing a watch. My First AP - Survivor
I realize this isnt for everyone but man am I loving this thing. Its incredibly comfortable and not nearly as massive as I expected it to be. The finish is simply incredible. Big thanks to Masterserg and several others on TRF for all the great advice!

protecting the watch case
so after a long research on both forum and web, couldnt find a proper solution to protect watch case from scratches and dings i have seen some posts on ebay offering a silicone like sticker that comes around the bezel and side of the case but nothing solid.its really frustrating me that i cant enjoy the watch because i am too scared to scratch it. esp. after reading that the case thins out after a refinish significantly. any recommendations ?

I finally got to try her in the flesh.A beautiful piece but I can't help but feel that the Aquanaut is on the large side for my 6 wrists.The 5167 is the one I actually am looking for. Stainless steel with the rubber strap, however these were the only ones available at my local AD, and I got an idea on how it will wear.I love it but can't help but feel it wears large on my wrists.What do you think?
