AP advertising
I am currently writing this post at about 30k feet in the air. As I was leaving the airport to walk out to my plane with my father, I glanced at the clocks on the wall and realized that they are all AP royal oak clocks! They even had catalogues and everything there about AP. I didn't get a chance to snap pictures but I will when I go back there on Sunday. This was at signature private airport by Chicago. Has anyone else seen AP clocks places? Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm pretty impressed so far.......Breitling SOH content
I picked this guy up recently and have really been enjoying it. This is my first Breitling and I am thinking I got a pretty good bang for my buck with this one. My wife actually said that she likes this one the most out of all the nice watches I have owned and currently own. It's kinda funny considering this is probably the cheapest watch I have bought in years, but it does look amazing on the wrist. I was actually leaning towards the IWC Aquatimer when I noticed the SOH. I actually decided to buy both but then realised that the IWC had some wear marks since it had been in the case and tried on multiple times. They did not have any others in the safe so I said I would wait a bit and just enjoy the SOH. Well, now I don't think I even want the IWC, this has satisfied the itch that I was looking to scratch. The thing that made the Breitling win out over the IWC was the fact that, well, it looks amazing, but also, it has 24mm lugs. This watch has opened the door to all those wonderful Paner
5711 problem
ok here's my story: i have a 5711 that was working fine until about 20 months after buying it i noticed it would lose a few minutes every day.so i brought it in and they did a full service. it worked fine for a few weeks and then it started stopping. even after fully winding, it would stop after a few hours.brought it in again and they did some 'repairs' of which i'm not sure what.now i find it will run for maybe 1 and half days after winding it fully and it will continue running if i wear it. however, once i put it in my winder it will just run as if i wound it fully and did not wear it. it does not seem sensitive to the winder's motion at all. i don't think it's an issue with the winder as all my other watches are fine and this watch was running fine for 18 months inside the winder too. can anyone help me trouble shoot?
