When someone is getting himself into nice watches and wants to make the first real Swiss made watch purchase, the is a big chance that Tissot is one of those brands he or she will come across. We sat down with Tissot in Basel and I have to say that we have not been let down by them.My own very first Swiss made watch was none other than a Tissot PRC 200 chronograph, which I bought back in 2007. I loved the black dial with the yellow chronograph hands; the size was just perfect or my 7.5 wrist too. Baselworld Best: Timepieces To Watch In 2012
Leaving Baselworld each year is bitter sweet because I tend to have such a good time. I don't get to see even a third of what I would like to check out, and it is great to be among my friends and close colleagues for over a week. It is tiring however, and during final days you end up forgetting you are there for watches. I love it though, and am proud to be part of the world's biggest watch show. Next year I have decided I need to attend the show with a posse. Who is with me? I can promise there will be some nice watch fondling going on.So I keep getting asked what my impression of the 2012 show is/was, and what I liked the best. Always a tough question as I just admitted to not having seeing all there was to see. Owners Manual Changes?
Just noticed that my manual for my 5711 is for several different movements where as all my other manuals are specific to the calibre in that particular watch i purchased. Is this new or are all 5711 books like this?Here is both my 5711 and 5712 manuals... as you can see the one on top covers multiple watches and movements and is no longer specific to the Nautilus. Where as the 5712 manual only covers that single movement.

Pam00422 Movement..Website vs Actual. Difference in layout. Why?
Hi I've recently bought a PAM0422 from a boutique in the ME. A week after purchasing the watch i realised that the movement layout is different when compared to the photo they have on the website.
